We also collect information that you provide us through the App like your age, or your body’s s symptoms such as: menstruation, PMS, cervical mucus, temperature, etc., and on your purpose for using the Service (whether you try to conceive,avoid pregnancy, or track your body).

When you purchase the Sensor through our website, we collect your full name, mobile phone number and address. 

Purchase Information. When you purchase the Sensor through our website, we collect your full name, mobile phone number and address. We also collect the details of your supported payment method such as PayPal. When payment is made through a third party, the Payment information is collected and processed by such third party, not directly by us, and is also subject to such third party’s privacy policy.

When you contact us for technical support or other inquiries, we collect the information related to your inquiry. 

Inquiry Information. When you contact us for technical support or other inquiries, we collect the information related to your inquiry such as the nature of your inquiry and your contact information.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your full name and email address.

Subscription Information. When you subscribe to our newsletter through the Website, we collect your full name and email address.

You are not legally required to provide us your information.

You do not have a legal duty to provide us the above information. However, you will not be able to sign up to and use the Service without providing us the Registration Information, Use Information, and Purchase Information.

The legal basis under EU law for this processing is our legitimate interest in business continuity, following a structural change.

If you are an individual in the U.S., we may share your email address with Facebook for our marketing purposes. 

If you are an individual in the U.S., your acceptance of our Terms of Use also constitutes your consent to us sharing your email address with Facebook for two specific marketing purposes: (1) to exclude you from our future Facebook marketing campaigns; (2) to improve our marketing campaigns by using Facebook Lookalike Audience tool. Apart from your email address, we will not share any other information with Facebook.

SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data as long as you are a registered user of the Service and thereafter for compliance and legal purposes.

Thereafter, we will continue to retain your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, establish and defend legal claims. Regardless, if you delete your account on the Service, we will immediately delete all identifying and identifiable data from your profile and will only retain your non-identifiable data.

MINORS

We do not knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 16.

The Service is not intended for minors under the age of 16. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect information from minors under the age of 16.

If we change this Policy, we will provide notice of such change .

From time to time, we may change this Policy, in which case we will notify you of the updated Policy through the App.  The latest version of the Policy will always be accessible on the App.
