How to Request a Chart Review:

1. Choose from one of the four fertility awareness educators from the list provided on this page.
2. Click the link to your chosen educator - This will open a link to a form that you must complete in full, including uploading your Tempdrop charts. 
3. The practitioner will review your chart and provide feedback as soon as possible.
