At this point, it’s mostly a waiting game for you. Finish up any preparation for your baby for when they get home, and make sure you have plans for who will take care of any other children or pets if you’re going to the hospital or a birth center.

Make sure to continue attending all of your healthcare provider appointments and practice relaxation techniques for labor, like deep breathing or meditation.

Remember to focus on staying calm and comfortable in your last few days/weeks (this is very important).
