Liza is a fertility awareness educator, childbirth educator, and postpartum doula. She's currently in nursing school and plans to work in women's health after. She works with women and families to empower them by teaching them about their bodies and helping them find tools that work best for them. Liza worked with data analysis for several years, bringing a data-orientated perspective to the world of childbirth and women's health and supporting families with a similar mindset. But, ultimately, Liza found her passion for women's health went further than just a side gig or passing thought, and decided to pursue a nursing degree to transition more wholly into a medical support role in women’s health.
